6、 Delivery
If the time of tax payment is determined, the truck can be reserved (usually one day in advance). After the customs paper release, the truck can be arranged to pick up the container at the wharf and wait for inspection, which can be completed on the same day. After the customs clearance is obtained, the customs inspection area can be put forward and the goods can be delivered to the factory. Due to the distance between the power plant and the wharf, the driver should be told to drive carefully on the road.
7、 Cost settlement
After the DDP container is shipped to customs clearance and delivery is completed, check all expenses with the agent, and then bill the customer.

The customs clearance data of general equipment and flour accessories only need invoice, packing list, bill of lading and insurance policy.
2、 Packing
Packing time is generally three days before the shipping date (need to check the opening plan in advance and arrange again), arrange to arrive at the factory early and load out the data. If it's a small container, it needs to be placed at the end of the car; in addition, it needs to confirm the approximate weight of the goods before each packing, so as to facilitate the fleet to arrange vehicles.
3、 Customs declaration
After the goods are loaded, the factory will provide the customs declaration information, which will be sent to the customs broker after verification; after the boxes are released by the Customs at the port, the customs will provide the pre recording sheet and release sheet to the customers.
4、 Insurance
Arrange the insurance according to the customs declaration data and bill of lading content provided by the customer, with the insurance rate of 0.05%. After the confirmation of the policy is verified, the insurance company shall be directly informed to send the original policy to the customer.
5、 Bill of lading
After the customs release, it is necessary to track the release status of the cases at any time. Generally, the ship will be released by the dock, and the shipping company will sign the bill the next day after the ship gets on board
6、 Customs clearance
Prepare electronic version of customs clearance data for agent's confirmation after boarding. Invoice and packing list need to be made in two copies (one is general, if it is fabric, it needs to be listed clearly according to composition; one is detailed). Before the goods arrive at the port, confirm with the agent whether the customs clearance information is received, and pay attention to the process at any time after the customs clearance. The normal customs clearance time is 7-10 days. If there are many goods names, the customs inspection and weighing takes a long time; in addition, if there are goods names that need security inspection, the customs clearance time will take a longer time.
7、 Delivery
After customs clearance, the agent will arrange a team to pick up the case and deliver it to the factory the next morning. In order to avoid theft, the agent needs to drive the whole process at high speed and can't stop at will.
8、 Cost settlement
Domestic expenses and sea freight after the goods are on board, confirm the expenses to the customer, send the original invoice to the customer, and arrange the payment every other month; for the expenses of the Egyptian section, the list of expenses shall be given once a month after all bills are collected, and the invoice shall be issued by the agent to the Egyptian factory, and the payment shall be arranged within half a month after the invoice is issued.
