1、 Booking

The customer gives the shipment plan of the current month in advance. After accepting the entrustment, we directly confirm the shipping space with the shipping company and arrange the booking. Generally, the shipping company will release the pre allocation information about 10 days in advance and 7 days in advance. For the first operation, confirm the time limit of customs clearance and the required information with the overseas agent before booking.

2、 Packing declaration

Packing is arranged according to the opening time of the port area. As the Mexican route involves AMS delivery, it is generally arranged four days before the shipping date to confirm the packing requirements (requirements for vehicles, boxes and arrival time) with the customers in advance. For small containers, the weight of the single container should be confirmed in order to dispatch vehicles.

In the early morning of the day of packing, the information of the box is provided to the customer. The customer provides data and customs declaration information. After the initial audit, we are responsible for the customs broker to review the bill again and arrange the customs declaration. After customs release, arrange the pre record and release sheet to customers.

3、 Insurance

If the customer needs to handle the insurance on his behalf, the insurance shall be arranged according to the invoice, bill of lading and other relevant contents provided by the customer. After the policy is verified to be correct, the original shall be issued and sent to the customer

4、 Issue of bill of lading

After the box enters the port and is released by the customs, it is necessary to pay attention to the container dynamics at any time, inquire about the terminal release and stowage, and issue the bill of lading within 2 working days after the ship leaves

5、 Customs clearance

After the box is shipped, it will send the forecast to the overseas agent, and the bill of lading, invoice, packing list, quality certificate, packing photos and e-mail to the agent, so that the agent can confirm the documents with the consignee in advance. Before the container arrives at the port, reconfirm with the agent whether the customs clearance documents are complete, so as not to affect the time limit of customs clearance. The goods need to be pre inspected, and the pre inspection should be made 1-2 days in advance. The container trailer should be pre inspected at the wharf. The container should be unpacked to check whether the goods are displaced or damaged during transportation, and the secondary reinforcement should be done. At the same time, it should be confirmed whether it is consistent with the paper list. Customs clearance will be started after pre inspection. In case of customs inspection and more varieties of goods, the customs clearance time will be extended.

6、 Delivery

The agent shall book the truck in advance 1-2 days before the customs clearance. After the customs clearance, the agent shall arrange the next morning to pick up the case and send it to the receiving factory. In order to avoid accidents such as cargo damage, the driver should be told to drive carefully on the road.

7、 Cost settlement

Monthly settlement, DDU full freight reconciliation and billing with the customer in the current month, and delivery to the customer. If there is any extra cost in the foreign section, it will be charged to the customer according to the invoice
