1、 Booking
The customer gives the shipping plan. After accepting the entrustment, we confirm the shipping space with the shipping company and arrange the booking. Generally, we book the shipping space with the shipping company 7 days in advance, and the pre allocation information will be released on the same day. Prior to booking, you need to confirm with the overseas agent the latest port, customs clearance time and required information.
2、 Packing declaration
Packing is arranged according to the opening time of the port area. The Japanese line is generally arranged three days before the shipping date. At the same time, it is necessary to provide AFR information, confirm the packing requirements with customers in advance (requirements for vehicles, boxes and arrival time), and confirm the weight of single container for small containers, so as to dispatch vehicles.

In the early morning of the day of packing, the information of the box is provided to the customer. The customer provides data and customs declaration information. After the initial audit, we are responsible for the customs broker to review the bill again and arrange the customs declaration. After customs release, arrange the pre record and release sheet to customers.
3、 Insurance
If the customer needs to handle the insurance on his behalf, the insurance shall be arranged according to the invoice, bill of lading and other relevant contents provided by the customer. After the policy is verified to be correct, the original shall be issued and sent to the customer
4、 Issue of bill of lading
After the box enters the port and is released by the customs, it is necessary to pay attention to the container status at any time and inquire about the terminal release and stowage. Japan's voyage is short, generally within one working day after the ship's departure, the telegraphic release bill of lading will be issued
5、 Customs clearance
After the box is shipped, send the forecast to the overseas agent in time, and send the bill of lading, invoice, packing list and packing photo email to the agent, so that the agent can confirm the documents with the consignee in advance. Before the container arrives at the port, reconfirm with the agent whether the customs clearance documents are complete, so as not to affect the time limit of customs clearance. Customs clearance generally takes 1-2 days. After customs clearance, customs duties are paid and released by the customs. In case of customs inspection and more varieties of goods, the customs clearance time will be extended.
6、 Delivery
In addition to container delivery, some containers in Japan can not be unloaded and need to be delivered by platform truck or boom truck
1) Container delivery: before customs clearance, the agent makes an appointment for trucks in advance. After customs clearance, the agent arranges the trucks to pick up the containers at the wharf and send them to the receiving factory. In order to avoid accidents such as cargo damage, the driver should be told to drive carefully on the road.
2) Unpacking and delivery: after customs clearance, the cabinet is put forward to the warehouse, and the car is reserved. After unpacking, the goods are unloaded to the flatbed truck or boom truck and sent to the receiving factory
7、 Cost settlement
After the DDP container is shipped to customs clearance and delivery is completed, check all expenses with the agent, and then bill the customer.
