1、 Booking

The customer gives the shipping plan. After accepting the entrustment, we confirm the shipping space with the shipping company and arrange the booking. Generally, we book the shipping space with the shipping company 7-10 days in advance, and the pre allocation information will be released on the same day. Prior to booking, you need to confirm with the overseas agent the latest port, customs clearance time and required information.

2、 Packing declaration

According to the opening time of the port area, the container should be packed. MCC has the requirements for customs clearance. Generally, it is arranged 4 days before the shipping date to confirm the packing requirements with the customers in advance (the requirements for cars, boxes and arrival time). For small containers, the weight of the single container should be confirmed to facilitate the dispatch of vehicles. For internal loading in the warehouse, the packing details and data should be confirmed and submitted to the warehouse

In the early morning of the day of packing, the information of the box is provided to the customer. The customer provides data and customs declaration information. After the initial audit, we are responsible for the customs broker to review the bill again and arrange the customs declaration. After customs release, arrange the pre record and release sheet to customers.

3、 Insurance

If the customer needs to handle the insurance on his behalf, the insurance shall be arranged according to the invoice, bill of lading and other relevant contents provided by the customer. After the policy is verified to be correct, the original shall be issued and sent to the customer

4、 Issue of bill of lading

After the box enters the port and is released by the customs, it is necessary to pay attention to the container status at any time and inquire about the terminal release and stowage. Generally, within 2-3 working days after the departure of the vessel, the telex release bill of lading shall be issued

5、 Customs clearanceBurma customs clearance needs to provide the original information. After the box is shipped, timely send the forecast to the overseas agent, and send the contract, bill of lading, invoice, packing list, packing photos, form e, insurance policy and other e-mails to the agent. At the same time, arrange the original information to be sent out, so that the agent can confirm the documents with the consignee in advance. Before the container arrives at the port, reconfirm with the agent whether the customs clearance documents are complete, so as not to affect the time limit of customs clearance. Customs clearance generally takes 3-4 days. Burma imports need to be inspected. After the Customs checks the documents, the tax information is issued. The customer pays the tariff and obtains the tax payment certificate. After the Customs has finished the paper release, the vehicle is arranged to be picked up for inspection and the customs release is completed

6、 Delivery

If the time of tax payment is determined, the truck can be reserved (usually one day in advance). After the customs paper release, the truck can be arranged to pick up the container at the wharf and wait for inspection, which can be completed on the same day. After the customs clearance is obtained, the customs inspection area can be put forward and the goods can be delivered to the factory. Due to the distance between the power plant and the wharf, the driver should be told to drive carefully on the road.

7、 Cost settlement

After the DDP container is shipped to customs clearance and delivery is completed, check all expenses with the agent, and then bill the customer.
