1、 Booking
The customer shall give the shipment plan of the month in advance. After accepting the entrustment, we will confirm the space with the shipping company directly and arrange the booking. Generally, the ship company will place the pre allocation information 7 days in advance. The first operation shall confirm the customs clearance time and required data with overseas agent before booking the cabin.
2、 Packing declaration
According to the port opening time, the packing is arranged. The US route is generally arranged to confirm the packing requirements (requirements for cars, boxes and arrival time) with customers four days before the shipping period due to AMS transmission. The small cabinets shall confirm the cargo weight of the single container so as to send the car.
The box information shall be provided to the customer in the morning of the packing day. The customer shall provide data and customs declaration data. After the initial review, we shall submit it to the customs broker for re examination and arrange the customs declaration. After customs release, arrange the pre record and release order to the customer.
The US line also involves ISF, which can be sent spontaneously or on behalf of customers. The customer shall provide the corresponding bill of lading number, AMS number and SCAC code to the customer spontaneously. If it is a case, it is also required to provide the information of the packing company and the packing warehouse. ISF should send it to the United States one day before the ship is opened and check whether it matches in time.

3、 Insurance
If the customer needs to take on the insurance on behalf of the customer, it shall arrange insurance according to the invoice, bill of lading and other relevant contents provided by the customer. After the policy is checked and correct, the original shall be issued and sent to the customer
4、 Issue bill of lading
After the box enters the port, after the customs release, it is necessary to pay attention to the container dynamics at any time, and inquire the release and stowage of the wharf. Within 2-3 working days after the ship is opened, issue the bill of lading
5、 Customs clearance
After the box is shipped, it shall be sent to the overseas agent by mail, and the bill of lading, invoice and box list shall be sent to the agent for confirmation of documents in advance with the consignee. Before the container arrives at the port, confirm with the agent whether the customs clearance documents are complete, so as to avoid affecting the customs clearance time limit. The United States can make pre clearance, after pre clearance, after the container unloading or unloading the train, can release. If there are many customs inspections and goods, the customs clearance time will be extended.
6、 Delivery
After unloading the container, the agent shall make an appointment with the wharf, customer and team for the time of delivery and the appointment of trucks. After customs clearance is completed, the agent shall arrange to pick up the container in the next morning and send it to the receiving labor plant. In order to avoid accidents such as cargo damage, the driver should be informed and driving carefully on the road.
7、 Expense settlement
